Toka had a good nose work session at the Ithaca College boathouse today. A friend of mine (who is in the nose work class I am teaching) coaches the IC team. We both ran our dogs.
Kiyo, my adult female, did a great job with some fairly technical searches. My friend’s dog also did well.
This is the first time Toka has practiced somewhere new. There were a ton of distractions, including his *all time, absolutely FAVORITE* Auntie (at least today) being there. He gets so excited when he sees her, he piddles a bit. Hence, I’m happy with how well he worked.
Here’s the vid:
Nice working dog! Toka is coming along so very well.
